Mastercuts Perks Terms and Conditions Title Header

Subject to the following terms and conditions, members of MasterCuts MC Perks Reward program can earn credits redeemable for Reward Coupons for purchases of qualifying products and salon services at participating MasterCuts locations during the term of the program. Reward Coupons are redeemable for qualifying products and salon services before their expiration dates at participating MasterCuts locations.

Membership:
1. Any customer of MasterCuts age 13 and older (parent or legal guardian must provide consent for applicants under age 13) may apply to become a member of MasterCuts MC Perks by visiting a participating MasterCuts location, visiting www.mastercuts.com, or any other enrollment option as provided by MasterCuts and completing all required fields in the then-current application and submitting such application as instructed. In all cases, a valid email address is required to enter. Applications are subject to acceptance by MasterCuts. Store employees are not eligible to participate in the program.
2. In order to receive Rewards Coupons, members must keep their personal information up to date by calling customer service at 1-877-789-9519, by visiting www.mastercuts.com or by updating their info at the salon via the POS system. MasterCuts may also obtain change of address updates from other sources such as the U.S. Postal Service.

Participation:
1. MC Perks members must have a valid email address on file to receive credit for a qualified service. Only members who purchase the qualified services will receive credit for qualified services. In addition, MasterCuts may credit a purchase to a member's account if the member provides the original receipt information to customer service.
2. For every qualifying service at participating MasterCuts stores, MasterCuts will award one (1) credit to member's account.
3. If MasterCuts refunds or does not receive payment for an otherwise qualifying service, MasterCuts may deduct the corresponding credit from the member's account.
4. Employees of MasterCuts (or their parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies) are not eligible to participate.

Awards:
1. Accounts will be reviewed periodically. Accounts that have accumulated the then-current qualifying service total at the time of review (qualifying service totals are subject to change from time to time) will be awarded a Reward Coupon in a value to be determined by MasterCuts in its sole discretion. Once an account has earned enough credits to be awarded a Reward Coupon, all such credits are deleted from the account and the credit accumulation process starts over. Reward Coupons will be awarded to qualifying account holders and emailed to the eligible account holder's email address of record.
2. Reward Coupons must be used before the expiration date indicated on the coupon or the Reward Coupon will be forfeited. MasterCuts Reward Coupons may not be used for gratuity or gift card purchases.
3. Credits from multiple accounts may not be aggregated.
4. MasterCuts MC Perks qualifying service credits and Reward Coupons have no cash value and are not exchangeable, returnable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
5. MasterCuts MC Perks qualifying service credits and Reward Coupons are not transferable and may not be offered for sale (including via any Internet auction site) and are void if transferred or sold or exchanged for cash or other consideration or if received or used in violation of these terms and conditions.

Additional Terms and Conditions:
1. MasterCuts reserves the right to terminate, cancel, modify or restrict MasterCuts MC Perks program or any aspect of the program at any time with or without notice.
2. Membership in the MasterCuts MC Perks program may be revoked at any time if a member abuses the program, fails to follow any terms of the program or makes any misrepresentation, any of which will affect eligibility for further participation in the program.
3. The accumulation of credits does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to qualifying service credits, Reward Coupons or program benefits.

Membership Expiration:
1. Any account with no qualifying purchase for a period of one year or longer may be deemed inactive and the account and/or all credits therein may be deleted.
2. Eligible purchases and credits reflected in MasterCuts records shall be deemed correct and MasterCuts reserves the right to determine the amount of Reward Coupons to be awarded to eligible MasterCuts MC Perks accounts and to correct or modify the Reward Coupons at any time based on MasterCuts records and calculation of account information.
