What is MC Perks?
MC Perks is our new email-only rewards program. There are no ID numbers, membership cards or hassles. Your salon keeps track of your information for you! You earn a credit for every qualified service; when you reach 5 credits we’ll email you a $5 Reward plus 10% off your retail purchase.
How do I earn a $5 Reward and 10% off my retail purchase?
By visiting us 5 times for one of the qualified services, you’ll earn a $5 Reward valid on any service or retail purchase plus 10% off any retail purchase.
What are qualified services?
Qualified services include any haircut (adult or kids), color, perm, relaxer, shampoo and style and package services. It is possible to earn multiple credits on one day and in one transaction.
Why do I need to provide my email address to participate?
MC Perks is an email-only program. Rewards are only sent via email. Every time you come in for a visit, make sure the stylist has your current email address on file so you get credit for any qualifying services!
What type of emails will I receive? How often will I receive them?
MC Perks will keep you informed of in-salon promotions, style tips and tricks and special offers. You can expect 2-4 emails a month. MasterCuts will never share or sell your information.
Why does my stylist ask for my cell phone number?
It’s sometimes easier for us to look you up by your cell phone number than by your email address. However, a cell phone number is not required to participate in MC Perks.
How often are Perks $5 Rewards issued?
Since MC Perks is an email program, we’re able to send rewards out in a very timely manner. You should receive your MC Perks $5 Reward 3-5 days after your 5th qualified service.
What will I find on the MasterCuts.com/Perks page? Why should I create a password?
On MasterCuts.com/Perks you’ll be able to view the number of credits you have in your account. Since we have some information specific to you (like your email address), we’d like to protect it by having you provide a password. If you’d prefer not to provide a password, you can always check your credits by calling customer service at 877-789-9519 or by emailing us at departmentcs@regiscorp.com.
